Khokan Mitra – Founder
Khokan founded K&A Resource Group in 2012 and led the Company through a continued period of growth before a sale to his son, Robi.
Justin Tappero – COO
Justin manages the day to day operations from back-office support to account management.
Rick Simon – VP of Sales
Rick is a technical sales and operations management professional within the automotive, defense and manufacturing industries.
Kathy Galant – Employee Rel. Mgr.
Kathy is responsible for all contract employee relations. She manages the payroll and addresses any other issues our candidates may have.
Stephanie Knudsen – Staffing Spec.
Stephanie is a staffing specialist for K&A Resource Group. Her focus is sourcing for top talent to match the client’s needs.
Robi Mitra – CEO
Robi took over K&A Resource Group in 2016 and is now the acting CEO. Robi oversees everything from the recruitment process all the way to the expansion projects K&A is focused on.
Rich Pennock – President
Rich leads our recruiting team from job order to candidate placement. He is focused on driving innovation and business results through integrated talent management and supply chain strategies. He is a 20+ year veteran of the staffing industry.
David Benson – Senior Associate
David is responsible for managing our FP&A and all acquisitions including the deal pipeline, financial modeling, presentation development and due diligence.
Sara Brinker – Director of First Impressions
Sara is the face and voice of K&A Resource Group to clients, callers, visitors and vendors. She also maintains office operations through a variety of tasks while pitching in to support the recruiting team with overflow of administrative needs.
